1. Shipping & Deliveries
Your order will be delivered by NinjaVan.
For standard delivery, shipping fee of RM12.90 for West Malaysia and RM19.90 for East Malaysia will apply respectively. Enjoy free delivery for all orders above RM350.
You can easily track your order by following these steps:
- Locate Your Tracking Number : Find your tracking number within the delivery confirmation message you received via WhatsApp.
- Visit the Tracker : Go to the official NinjaVan tracking portal: https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my/tracking.
- Check Status : Enter your tracking number on that page to view the current delivery status of your order.
- Important Note on Delay : Please allow a few hours for the NinjaVan website to update and reflect the status of your order after you receive the initial delivery confirmation.

How do I place an order?

May I amend my order after it is confirmed?
Yes. Kindly, contact our customer care via WhatsApp.Please be informed that prior to shipment, only color or size is amendable.

How do I know if my payment has been accepted?

What items can be returned?
GlowieMy is dedicated to ensuring you are happy with your lingerie purchase.
If you wish to return a bra item, whether because it was damaged, faulty, you received the wrong order, or you simply changed your mind, you can return it within 7 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition and have the original tags still attached.
Please note: For strict hygiene reasons, shapewear, panties, and girdles are final sale, and we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on these specific items.
What are the returns policy?
If you need to make a return, please notify us within 7 days of the purchase date by completing the Returns Request Form provided below.
Our Return Policy
- Eligible Items (Bras Only) : Bra items can be returned within 7 days of the purchase date, provided they are in their original condition and still have the original tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items : Due to strict hygiene rules, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any shapewear, panties, or girdles.
- Return Condition : Bras cannot be returned if they have been worn, washed, or have had the labels/tags removed.
- Consequences of Non-Conforming Returns : If an item is returned but does not meet these requirements, it will be rejected. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the non-qualified item re-delivered to you. Unclaimed, rejected items will be disposed of after a specified period.
To avoid additional shipping costs, please ensure your returned item(s) strictly meet all the conditions above.
What items are disqualified from return?
Disqualified Return Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Bra items that have been worn, washed, or have had the labels and tags removed.
- All shapewear, panties, and girdles are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene reasons (as stated in the general policy).
Important Note : Any returned items that fail to meet these requirements will be rejected. You will be charged the shipping cost to have the rejected items sent back to you. Rejected items that remain unclaimed will eventually be disposed of. Please ensure all return criteria are met to prevent these additional costs.
How will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed and returned to you via bank transfer, using the bank details you provided on the Returns Request Form.
May I refund promotional bra items?
Yes. However, please be informed that the discount amount applied to the item will not be refunded.
